Student Ministry
We welcome all Junior High and High School students (6th-12th grades). We are passionate about getting our teens connected to a relationship with Jesus Christ and with each other. Our newly renovated TEEN ZONE has an atmosphere of a coffee house, a place to hang out that is peaceful and comfortable, where you can meet new people and just talk about God and life.
Confirmation
We encourage students, beginning in the 6th grade, to participate in the preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Confirmation is a rite of passage in the Episcopal Church, making a personal commitment to follow Jesus Christ. Confirmation preparation is a year-long program; classes are held every Sunday at 9:30AM, August through May, and culminate in the laying on of hands by our Bishop at a Cathedral Service.
Junior & Senior High Sunday School
Our Junior & Senior High students gather every Sunday morning for fellowship, study, prayer and fun! They participate in the preparation and performance of bible story skits given twice a month to our younger children. Assisted by our Deacon, they discern, select and organize a service project to help the people of Haiti.
Youth Group events
Movie nights, bowling and skating parties, dodgeball challenges, holiday parties, car washes, and summer trips are all part of our Student Ministry.
Acolyte Program
All Junior & Senior High students are invited to participate in our Acolyte program. Acolytes are trained by Pastor Gae and serve at our 9:30AM and 11:00AM Sunday services.
