SP Kids (Saint Peter's Kids)

Preschool - 6th Grade
At St. Peter’s, children are valued as full participating members of the Body of Christ who are invited to join in the worship and fellowship of the larger church. Our children also have the opportunity to participate in Sunday morning Bible study, service projects, special seasonal programs, and fellowship events. We offer materials for at-home worship and family devotions for Lent and Advent.
Sunday morning Bible Study
Monthly or seasonally, the children “dig deep” into one key Bible theme through stories from Godly Play or a storybook Bible and a variety of response activities. A different type of activity is offered each week, including:
- Art
- Science
- Cooking
- Bible Skills and Games
- Music and Movement
- Videos
Children may also choose to work with story pieces or craft materials.
We gather at the beginning of the Sunday 10:00 a.m. service; children join their families to participate in the great feast of Holy Communion.
Special programs and events
